What are the most important things to know about the Water Park?
Opening Times: The water park and the swimming pool are open every day from 10 – 19.00 and on Mondays from 15.00 to 19.00 for water cleaning.
Open Period: the water park is open for the whole season, in the event of bad weather however the management reserves the right to momentarily close the water park. The swimming pool is open from the first week in May until the closure of the Village.
Prices: Entry to the water park and swimming pool costs 18 euro, 4 years and over, for the whole season.
Entry to the water park is reserved for all the guests of the Holiday Park Spiaggia e Mare in possession of an identity bracelet available to buy from the reception on arrival at the cost of 18 euro (children of 3 years and under are free). Entry is valid for the entire stay.
Child access to the slides: The Kamikaze and Giant Slide are suitable for children with a minimum 120cm shoulder height and the Hydrotube is suitable for children with a minimum 110 cm shoulder height.
Sun umbrellas and sun loungers inside the water park and swimming pool are for the free use of clients and are not available to hire.
The swimming pool is not heated
Swimming caps are not obligatory in the swimming pool
The water park is reserved for the use of Village guests and is not open to external visitors.
What facilities are available at the Holiday Park Spiaggia e Mare?
The Holiday Park Spiaggia e Mare offers the following facilities:
Supermarket and Bazar: with fresh bread; ham and cold meats, fruit and veg, international newspapers and magazines, camping equipment, beach equipment. Food products for Celiacs are available.
Laundry: The area in front of the bazar is equipped with washing machines and dryers (for use with tokens). Soap is included.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi costs 2€ for 1 hour, 10€ for 10 hours, 19 € for 24hours effective usage). Wi-Fi time can be bought at the reception
Bicycle hire: Bicycles for adults will be available – Prices available at the campsite
Parking during the night: guests wishing to leave between 23.00 and 7.00 (during the night silent time) guests can park in the private, lit carpark situated inside the village. To use this facility please ask at the reception the day before departure
Security safes: Safe boxes are available from the reception for your valuables. Safe hire costs 15€ for the whole stay. Access to the safe boxes is between 9.00-12.00 16.00-19.00 or when the desk is open.
Beach service: For guests staying in accommodation booked directly with the Village 1 parasol, 1 sun lounger and 1 deck chair on the beach are included. All guests can use the hire service for parasols and sun loungers from the beach bar (6€ per item per day). The service is not available for pre-booking.
Cash point: There is a cash point next to the reception. The reception accepts all major credit cards, we do not accept cheques.
What time must the pitch be vacated?
Pitches must be vacated before 12.00 on the day of departure, after which an extra day will be charged.
Is there a Camper Service?
Camper Service is situated in Via Zelkova and is open from 8.00-20.00. It is reserved for guests of the campsite only and has a disposal and supply facility.
What time does the restaurant open?
The Pizzeria Restaurant is open every day from 12.00 to 14.30 and from 18.30 to 22.30
There is a Full board and half board service on request. To be requested on arrival, no pre-booking.
Both the restaurant and the pizzeria do take away.
There are menus for kids.
The bar is open every day from 7.30 to 23.00
The beach bar is open every day from 7.30 to 19.30 offering sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, fruit, smoothies and ice creams.
What is the accommodation equipped with?
All the accommodation units are equipped with pots and pans, bed linens (covers, sheets and pillows).
EXTRA SERVICES ON RESERVATION or to be requested on site (subject to availability):
• Bath linen (set: shower towel + face towel in ecological fabric and for exclusive use – no sponge):
€ 6.00 per person per change
• Camping cot: € 18.00 per stay
• High chair for child: € 13.00 per stay
• Bed rail: € 8.00 per stay
• Assistance Holiday – Optional travel insurance € 50 (also for Covid-19) to be requested at the time of booking.

All the holiday homes and the Venezia maxi caravans have a dishwasher.
The accommodation units do not have a coffee machine.
The Charme holiday homes are equipped with a microwave.
All the holiday homes, De lux bungalows and Riviera, Cottage and Venezia caravans are supplied with a fixed, brickwork barbecue.
All the accommodation units, excluding Elle, have Satellite TV.
All the accommodation units have air conditioning.
All the accommodation units have a private car parking space.
Animals are only allowed in the Marina and Prestige Maxicaravans (extra charge for sanification is applied)
Arrival and departure times: Arrival 17.00 and departure 9.00. It is possible to check -in and have access to the communal village facilities in the event of early arrival (restaurant, swimming pool and beach)
Final cleaning is included in the price ( for at least a 7 night stay)
Arrival days: bungalow de lux and living from Saturday to Saturday minimum 7 nights, all other accommodation minimum 7 nights arrival on any day.
Extra persons: the accommodation units host up to a maximum of 5 persons, prices include 4 guests with an extra charge of 20€ per night for the 5thguest (the prices shown are already for 4 and for 5 persons). There is no 6 person accommodation.
Is there accommodation equipped for the disabled?
Yes, the Maxicaravan Venezia has an access ramp, fully equipped bathroom with a beach umbrella on the beach situated next to the access pathway.
There are also fully equipped disabled bathrooms situated within the communal bathroom blocks.
What are booking conditions?
A deposit of 10% of the total stay is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellation will be free of charge until 31/03/2021.
From 1st of April, a deposit integration is required (20% of the total amount) to complete the reservation.
It is also possible to apply a travel insurance for an additional charge of € 50. The travel insurance also covers from Covid 19 disease.
In case of cancellation of accommodation: Bungalow, Casa Vacanza or Maxicaravan the deposit will be refunded as follows :
70% of the whole deposit if the registered letter is sent before the 60th day from the beginning of your stay.
50% of the whole deposit if the registered letter is sent between the 59th day and the 30th day before the beginning of your stay.
No return of money if the registered letter is sent from the 29th day before the beginning of your stay.
The refund will be sent reduced however of the bank charges and postage.
Pitch reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the pitch (no persons included). In case of cancellation there is no refund.
Bookings for 2021 season will start in May 2020.
Can cars be driven inside the Village?
To respect everyone’s silence time cars are allowed to drive in the holiday village from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. After this time cars must be parked at the parking situated at the entrance.
From 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m it’s siesta time, so we invite our guests to be quiet (cars can drive through the village)
Are there mosquitos in the village?
Taking into account the vicinity to the Po Delta basin mosquitos are present in varying quantity depending on the weather conditions. The Village carries out mosquito control, on the larvae, during the winter months in an effort to reduce numbers.
Are services and facilities open for the whole season?
